Christmas Mass during the Day Love is the great driver of the Word of God, and indeed of all salvation history. God's great love for his people is seen in the person Jesus; this love is seen at his mother's assent, at the Incarnation, and in the birth of our Lord. Love was incarnate, and love came to earth. Through Jesus, we are given the gift of rebirth; we recall our rebirths as we celebrate the Incarnation of Jesus, the dawn of salvation.
