Ice Blue 2.1. honors the life and many contributions Rashied has made to New York State. This event will take place at Acqua Banquets, 2192 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY 14207 from 7pm-midnight. We will be partying safely so yes come dressed Blue, White, or Silver outfit as we adhere to CDC COVID guidelines. Partial proceeds from this illustrious event will be donated towards the Leadership for a Brighter Tomorrow Scholarship.
