Journey through shamanic and celestial realms by way of sound and vibration for introspection and healing. Sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, shamanic drumming, harmonium, mantras, medicine songs and original songs from the heart of Alexa Angel, take you to realms where anything is possible. The journey travels through shamanic realms of the lower, middle, and upper worlds depicted by the Peruvian Chakana. The worlds are navigated by a variety of sound and songs to bring forth relaxation, reflection, inner wisdom, insight and connection with healing nature spirits, power animals and deities. Align to the frequency of Nature and Universal Harmony by bathing in the vibrations of 432 hertz crystal singing bowls, each tuned to balance the 7 major Chakra centers. We welcome you and look forward to sharing this beautiful experience with you! TO BRING: - Yoga mat to lay down on or a meditation cushion to sit. *a few comfy couch seats are available as well * - Eye mask/covering to block out light helps to have a deeper experience. - Blankets, pillows or anything else you may need to stay warm and comfortable. - Water to hydrate after the session ** Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up your spot. Space will be limited and first come, first serve** ABOUT YOUR GUIDE: Alexa Angel will be your sound healing guide through the evening. Through the call to heal herself, she was led to study yoga, holistic health, plant medicines, music/sound and spiritual traditions from around the globe. From her studies and travels in the outside world as well as from her own deep inner journeying, she is honored to hold space for multi-modality healing that is multi-cultural, multi-traditional and multi-dimensional as a reminder of our inherent connection to Oneness. ABOUT THE SPACE: The location of the event will be at Studio Soul, a beautiful new space for their luxe boho jewelry showroom and studio for creative workshops and offerings. Street parking is available on PCH and the surrounding neighborhood streets. Head up to the top floor, Unit B. Please arrive early to set up your spot and settle in! Alexa Angel organizes Sound Baths, Ceremonies, Workshops and Classes with the interests of yoga, astrology, holistic health, herbalism and spirituality.
