Mehtab, Guru Karam (Laura), and the Austin gong community invite you to join us for an evening of sacred sound, meditation, and deep relaxation. Make time to relax, recharge and renew as we experience the spiritual energy that the full moon and Winter Solstice brings us. Flow Yoga is owned by two minority women, Carolina Bollinger and Fennis Ho. We focus on a community for all around wellness in body, mind and spirit through compassion, kindness, camaraderie, mindfulness, and awareness.
