Introduction to Production Roasting Every Monday, 8:30-10:30am. $280/person CoRo’s Introduction to Production Roasting is a 3-person group class providing an introduction to coffee roasting on production-grade roasters. Perfect for roasters new to CoRo who are interested in upping their roast game and coffee enthusiasts who want to see how it all happens behind-the-scenes!
Here students receive an overview of roasting machine operations, basic production logistics, safety procedures, and hands-on roasting of an 8lb batch of green using our Probat, 5 kg roaster. And on top of all the skills and knowledge, you leave the class with around 6lbs of delicious roasted coffee!
