OPEX Park's mission is to provide youth with opportunities to cultivate their own future, shape their understanding of the world around them, and discuss the value of academics, athletics, and the power of play. These goals are promoted through a variety of activities within a charter school in Philadelphia. Since 2013, youth in 4th to 8th grade have participated in these programs and activities during the school day and after school. Activities include cultural events, athletic programs, leadership development training, drama presentations, and outside chef cooking experiences.
