The 1970's are back!!! Join Mindful Bodies on New Year's Eve from 10am - 12pm for 2 hours of a 1970's themed Dance Fitness fun with multiple instructors teaching Mixxed Fit, Line Dancing, Strong by Zumba, Zumba and other formats. Advanced tickets cost $10 on eventbrite or wear your Mindful Bodies Tshirt & only pay $5 at the door. No advanced ticket or Mindful Bodies Tshirt = pay $15 at the door.
