Yoga and fitness instructor Leon Walker will lead groups through a 60 minute yoga sculpt practice that includes yoga & resistance training.
Leon Walker has been an fitness trainer for 15 years. He has been guiding yoga classes over the last 4 years. Yoga Sculpt has been a beautiful combination of both Leon’s strengths with resistance training and yoga. In this yoga sculpt class you will learn a short yoga sequence and flow. In between postures you will use hand weights and resistance bands to build and sculpt. There is also a cardio section and ab/ core section. All combined to get you the very best daily workout you need to energize your day.
