THE POSITION: Seeking Window Treatment Installation professionals to perform in-home measurements and installations of multiple big-box retail establishments’ custom window treatment products including but not limited to cellular, roman shades, roller & solar shades, wooden blinds, shutters, motorized product and more. AS AN INSTALLATION PROFESSIONAL YOU WILL: • Perform measure, provide bid and install appointments for multiple big-box retail establishments’ custom window treatment product line • Provide customers with a world class experience throughout each measure and install appointment • Become skilled at using Windows™-based, industry standard software systems for scheduling, communication and documentation • Be a part of a growing network of installation professionals that partner closely with centralized and in-store team members to ensure the customers have a seamless end to end experience • Effectively and professionally communicate and partner regularly with various support teams while in the field and on-site REQUIREMENTS: • Customer service or in-home service experience • Installation or skilled trade experience preferred. Ideally you have experience in finish work or custom installation. We will provide technical training as it relates to our product line. • Enthusiastic, energetic and all around great with customers • Strong communication skills • Self-starter, quick learner, team player • You are punctual, reliable with a great work ethic • Ability to lift a minimum of 55 pounds and climb up and down ladders • We provide white glove window treatment and drapery measuring and installation services • Ability to learn and handle new technology as applies to the window treatment industry • Clean up and take away all debris and any removed existing treatments • Provide quality customer service and excellent communication to retail establishment teams and our mutual customers. • Ability to effectively use internet-based programs and professionally communicate through email. • Valid Driver’s license
