Join us for a Chef-Curated 3 Course Gourmet Dining Experience! Reserve your own private VIP Tea House for the perfect New Year's Eve. Goodbye 2020 and HELLO, 2021! Over at The Honeysuckle at Lakewood, we're ready to kiss this year goodbye and welcome a new year of community and growth. But before we say 'bye to 2020, we want to offer one last (safe) experience for our guests. Chef Mark Mishalanie (winner of Food Network's Guy's Grocery Games) has joined forces with Honeysuckle Wine Maker Erick Hurtado to present a 3 course gourmet dining EXPERIENCE. For $50 a person, you will experience a 3 course CHEF-CURATED gourmet dinner (with a few surprises tucked in). Each course focuses on key Honeysuckle elements, like our smoker or farm-made meads. Hints: Smoked short rib and mead au jus. We have two options, Omnivore or Vegan, so everyone can participate. For $20 more, you can complete your meal with a contactless Honeysuckle mead pairing. Enjoy three different glasses of our exclusive NYE meads. Made with water, honey, yeast, and seasonal herbs and/or berries, these farm-made meads will only be available during this event! We will have growlers available to purchase so you can take home these limited edition meads. For a truly memorable night, reserve one of our brand new VIP Mini Tea Houses for an additional $20 per person. Each Tea House can fit up to 6 people and the ceramic heaters we've installed inside help keep you cozy, too!. We only have 6 VIP Tea Houses and they will sell out, so reserve yours today! Each VIP Tea House includes: Personal Fire Pit Complimentary S'mores Kit (4 Graham Crackers, 1 Hershey Bar, 4 Marshmallows, skewers) Complimentary Glass(es?) of Champagne PLEASE SHOW UP 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TIME SLOT. FAQ'S Q: When do I need to buy my ticket by? A: We will stop taking reservations Monday, 12/28 at 8pm. We encourage folks to secure their spot now before we sell out. Q: Do I have to make a reservation or can I just show up the day of? A: This experience is reservation only. Please note the time slots available! Q: How long is this experience? A: This is a 90 minute experience. Due to sanitization needs to ensure all guests have a safe environment, our servers will be facilitating the experience within 90 minutes. PLEASE SHOW UP 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TIME SLOT. Q: What if I get there and want to change my seating arrangement or add another ticket? A: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot change seating the day of or add additional guests. Q: Can I order other stuff, besides mead? Like beer, wine, or spirits? A: Of course. We will even have a special "Ball Dropper" cocktail available in lieu of a traditional ball drop in New York City! Q: Are children allowed? A: Of course! Although, this event may be better suited to a date night. Children 5 and under are welcome to order from our kid's menu. Children 6 and over may participate in our dinner experience, but not the mead add-on. Q: Are dogs allowed? A: Dogs are allowed in our outdoor seating, not including the patio. COVID-19 INFO & PRECAUTIONS: We have three seating options: Interior, Heated Patio, and VIP Tea House. Please be mindful of these options when choosing your ticket. Please note seating is limited at 50% capacity and groups are limited to 10 due to local COVID-19 precautions. Be aware of the various time slot options and ensure you are choosing the correct time slot. Please note the time limit of 90 minutes per experience. This allows our staff adequate time for sanitization between groups so we can ensure a safe and clean environment for all. We will be enforcing social distancing and require that face coverings be worn when moving about the premises. Please expect your temperature to be taken upon arrival and help yourself to our many hand sanitizer stations placed strategically throughout the property. Please do not come if you, or anyone who you've come into contact with, has experienced symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.
