Need a chair moved

Hello, I’m in need of just a single chair being moved up to my apartment- I estimate between 40 and 60 pounds, as I can’t pick it up to tell due to my back. I live on the third floor, up three and a half flights of stairs. You will need a dolly and ties if doing it by yourself, or you will need someone to carry it up the stairs with you. I will be compensating who ever or those who help get it upstairs.
