We will be covering techniques used to protect those special people around you. Either your family, friends or a VIP client. This Seminar will be taught by Expert level 3 Paula Myers, who is certified through the International Krav Maga Federation. She is also Part of the Expert Instructing team for the IKMF. During this seminar we will be covering techniques used to protect those around you. This seminar is for anyone who: works security, has loved ones, takes care of anyone, is responsible for someone else's well being, or anyone who just wants to help the helpless. Self defense is one thing and being able to fight to protect your self is much different and easier then being able to protect and fight for others. whether it is your job or out of love to protect others these techniques WILL make that task easier! Families are encouraged to attend this event. Children will be taken care of for the first half of the seminar, and will participate in the second half. It is important that everyone is on the same page when it comes down to it. We practice fire drills in school and have evacuation plans at work, so lets make a plan for our families!
