Time to WALK it OFF with NALHE DFW Time to WALK it OFF with NALHE DFW Walk off all your stress. Join us at Cedar Ridge Reserve on Saturday, December 4th @10:00 AM CST. Look for us in the NALHE DFW Shirts. Also, if you wanted a shirt (perfect time to get one). We will start the day off with a meditation, some stretches, and then begin our hike on the beautiful picturesque views. We will have light refreshments for this activity.
