Welcome to the hottest fitness party in the triangle. Join Coach E for a party of a lifetime, on a bike that goes absolutely no where! Let’s explore the culture of hip hop music while working up a sweat. Live DJ playlist and 30 minute social following each class. *Wine will be served on Friday night and Sunday 4:30pm. Group registration available. Bring the whole crew and reserve a.m block! There are 10 bike per class in the spacious COVID safe pods. Spin cleats are required. I’d you do not plan to bring your own, you must add your shoe rental to your purchase at checkout. Don't forget to complete your liability waiver prior to event start date.
