Drummer in search of band

I'm a drummer searching for Post Punk/New Wave/Synth Punk band. I'm old enough to know the value of showing up on time to rehearsal, having a drum set etc,.....Conversely, getting in the van to tour for 3 weeks to play to 2 people in Provo, Utah isn't an option I could be talked into playing in a garden variety punk (but not warped tour era NOFX sounding crap) band if you didn't suck but I don't "dress punk". Having actual songs as opposed to "riffs" would be very helpful. I don't mind being given direction by the songwriter(s) if it is a collaborative process. If you wish to micromanage me, you would be better off with someone else (or a drum machine). I'm not your drummer if you play the following: Blues - Nothing against it, it just isn't my thing. That music depresses me Cover Bands - I've done that. It's more work than people think; too much work for me at this stage. Metal. I don't play double bass drum and am not talented enough to learn at this stage in the game.
