DEMOLITION LABOR AND OPERATOR

We are looking to fulfill full time general labor and equipment operator positions within our company. It is a hourly position that has a variety of different duties. These positions would include approximately 40 hours a week throughout West Michigan and surrounding areas. Overtime is available at times also! Have not laid off employee in over seven years! Work continues through the winter months! Hand demolition -sledge hammer, chisels, jack hammers, tearing down ceilings, walls, block, carpet, flooring, torch cutting, hydraulic shears, basic electric tools (drills, sawzalls, band saw, chopsaw) concrete removal, and many other opportunities Equipment operator for demolition -Mini Excavators, Full Size Excavator, Mini Skid Steer, Skid Steer, Hi-Lo, and Skytraks. This is a very physically demanding job at times and can be quite strenuous on the body. Must be able to lift over 50 pounds routinely throughout the day. We also do asbestos and lead remediation. State certification may be offered to an employee who has the drive and willingness to work hard and succeed at his/her position. Those with own State certifications encouraged to apply. $15-$20 pending on experience and qualifications. Bi-Weekly pay and direct deposit! Dental, life, AND HEALTH Insurance available! Will include paid holidays after 90 day probation review completion. MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE UNITED STATES MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT MUST BE ABLE TO PASS ADVANCED PHYSICAL TEST PRIOR TO EMPLOYMENT.
