Just in time for the holiday! In this class, I will teach you how to make an easy and delicious goat cheese. Have you ever wondered how goat cheese is made? In this class, I will teach you how to make an easy and delicious goat cheese. Participants will then learn how to transform their basic goat cheese into a culinary masterpiece! We will add holiday flavors like pumpkin and cranberry to the cheese you will bring home. We'll also discuss how to pair goat cheese with your favorite wine or beer. After the basics, we will create an Ashed Bloomy Rind goat cheese (see photo). Participants will go home with a cheese in a "mini incubator" to nurture into a fuzzy white delicious creation that will be ready for the holiday. This is a fun date idea! Bring a bottle of wine.
