Other than that, our expectations are modest: You must be 18 years or older We want you to have your own reliable transportation We want you to enjoy yourself while working with others Above all, we want you to show up to work on a consistent basis. While we want you to have your team's backs, understand that we have their backs as well. To us, having our teams' backs means supplying them with people who will show up. And not showing up on a consistent basis shows them, and us, that you don't have their backs. That's why being reliable is so important. This is a nighttime position.
