Vintage Church West Christmas Eve Service RSVP - 4:00PM This year Vintage Church West will be holding Christmas Eve Services at the Large Shelter within Apex Community Park. To help us properly care for our congregation and community, please: Read the expected safety measures listed belowSelect your desired picnic table, lawn seat*, or drive-in parking spotIf lawn seating is reserved, we kindly ask that households bring their own blankets, chairs, etc. as the few chairs that we have are intended for walk-up guests. If you have extra chairs, we'd love it if you could bring them to help us love our guests well! If you have any thoughts, questions, or concerns, please email our Local Pastor, David Mobley, at [email protected] Expected Safety MeasuresHouseholds expressing any symptoms of illness will refrain from attending service until 3 days after recovery Households who have tested COVID-positive will refrain from attending service until at least 10 days from start of symptoms and 24 hours with no fever without the use of medications and other symptoms are improving Households who have come into contact with a COVID-positive individual will refrain from attending service until 14 days from initial exposure and expressing no COVID symptoms --- Masks are required for attendees 6 years and above except during the sermon Children 5 years and younger are highly encouraged, but not required, to wear a mask Activity booklets and crayons will be provided for children Households are encouraged to bring their own additional activities for children --- Visit the Welcome Table to receive any needed items or updated communication Refrain from socializing or congregating during the service (remain at reserved picnic table or lawn seating) Refrain from physical touching other households Children will stay with their parent(s) for the duration of service In the event smaller children need to move around, we encourage parents to walk with their children around the area surrounding the shelter - properly social distancing from other worshippers. --- Households who would like to worship in person but are not comfortable participating in the shelter are encouraged to reserve a parking spot for drive-in worship --- Before / after service and outside of the worship "area", households desiring to socialize with other households may do so at their own discretion and comfort level --- Public restrooms are available but are not limited to, controlled, or maintained by Vintage Church Vintage Church will have hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves available for all guests --- Attendees agree to notify the Local Pastor in the event an individual from the household develops symptoms for COVID-19 within 48 hours of attending service and/or if tested positive for COVID-19
