The Movement BE Center is a place for youth and families to just BE, while having the space to express themselves creatively to tell their story. Every Saturday, from 12pm-3pm, the Movement BE provides fun games, growth development activities, mentorship, and free food to help break food insecurities within our local San Diego Community. Bring your young ones, teenagers, and even parents down to the Center to grow within your self, express your creativity, and have fun with your community!
