Gentle Flow, Breath Work, Sound Bowl Healing, and Yoga Nidra! A perfect way to unwind on a Monday evening
Yoga Nidra is known as the "yoga of sleep" and is traditionally practiced in Savasana (corpse pose). It is a nurturing, expansive, and powerful practice to welcome a blissful state of consciousness.
In this class we will:
Begin with 15-20minutes of gentle movement to prepare the body for NidraFollow with about 10 minutes of Pranayama (breathwork) to connect with our life force energy End with 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra + Sound Healing where I will be guiding you through the 5 Koshas (energetic sheaths surrounding the body) in steps to welcome a deeper connection to the bliss body (anandamaya kosha).This practice can be deeply restorative and healing, I encourage you to bring:
