Team WOD For Time (Teams of 3) Sail to America: 3000m row Walk through the Forest to Explore the Land: 200 Walking Lunges Climb Turkey Mountain: 200 Box Jumps (Step-Ups) Quietly lie in wait for the turkeys: 200 Hollow Rocks Get the turkeys (Are you a good shot?) 200 Wallballs 20#/ 14# You're a terrible shot, pick vegetables instead: 100 Dumbbell Snatches 50#/ 35# Climb trees to pick apples for applesauce: 50 Muscle-ups (100 Pull-ups) Invite your friends over for dinner: 150 Burpees *While 1 athlete is working, 1 athlete is in a plank hold, and 1 athlete is resting. **Team may divide reps however they see fit. ***Workout courtesy of CrossFit Invictus
