Seeking local artist for nonprofit radio show logo design

Howdy, Austin! I'm looking for a local artist to design a new logo for my radio show at a nonprofit community radio station here in town. I have a (very) rough sketch of what I'd like it to look like, or at least some elements I'd like included in the design, but I am definitely not an artist. I'm looking for someone with drawing and digital illustration skills to design a vector image that I can use on the show's website, social media, and on business cards. I've been meaning to do this for a few years, so there's no real deadline. I'm happy to provide compensation for your work, but this radio show is a volunteer operation and earns me negative dollars, so this isn't going to be work that pays your standard rate.
