Roofer/Carpenter/Handyman needed in Caesars Head

In need of a carpenter/roofer/handyman to repair a mountain house in Caesars head SC, 15 minutes above Travelers rest, SC. Looking for someone local to the area who can complete this job and then be on call as needed in the future for repairs that may come up. Not looking for someone to drive from far away who is less likely to be around when future work is needed, looking to build a relationship with someone local i can count on when the need arises. Current repairs needed are: Phase 1: Restaining the pine siding,making misc repairs to wood as needed,caulking and glazing and painting windows and trim as needed. Phase 2; Architectural shingle overlay on the front side of house and metal roof on the back windy side. A good roofer/handyman could do most of this work providing he has good roofing skills. Looking for someone who has own tools, transportation and is reasonably priced with references.
