MELROSE, MA — There will be a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for young children from Melrose and Wakefield Saturday. The clinic will be for children ages 5-11. It will run by the joint Melrose and Wakefield Health Department in the main lobby and learning commons on Nov. 20 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Galvin Middle School. Parents in both communities can register here. "We hope that all who are eligible will be able to get an appointment if they do not already have one," Superintendent Julie Kukenberger said in an email to the Melrose school community. "This is one more critical step toward keeping all of our students and staff healthy and well during this global pandemic."
