WALLINGFORD — A Prospect resident is $25,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Wallingford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 12, the big winner from Prospect purchased a Cashword 8 ticket from the Shell Food Mart in Wallingford and won $25,000.
