WALLINGFORD — A Wallingford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in North Haven earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 12, Abdul Mumit, of Wallingford purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Cigars N Tobacco shop in North Haven and won $10,000.
