Description
In need of a talented maintenance assistant for multiple rental facilities in the south bay area. Must be safety conscious, familiar with basic tools, dependable and honest. Trainee's will be considered.
Facilities range from houses, duplexes, apartment complexes, and some small commercial facilities. You will be a 1099 contractor starting at $20-$24/hr depending on skills. Please send resume or detailed response.
