Persephone Unleashed is a wholeness retreat for women to step away from the demands of their life and enter into a space of restoration, invigoration, and self-discovery. Our aim is to break loose of the cultural and social bonds which have told us what we can and cannot be, and greet the wild beauty just waiting to be set free. This retreat is made up of two parts self-love: the mental + the physical, and all that lies in between. We will love on our physical bodies with yoga, meditation, healthy meals, fresh air, and much more. Mental self-love takes a different shape for each person, which we will navigate together through inspirational speakers and heart-to-heart conversations in a safe space created just for you.
