I'm pregnant and live in my car. I pay $50/month with $150 activation fee to shower at the gym and the staff is chasing me and scaring me and put dirty underwear in the stall I use to shower. I need to shower again but the thought of going back makes me so scared. I pay for this. I even pay for it and I cant use it. Please go with me so I dont have to be alone. I lived in europe for years with a controlling boyfriend and lost all my community. I am alone escaping an abusive situation and they dont even give me the dignity of showering. I qualify for housing based on the severity of my mental illness but wait in the car for now because it is more dignified than the last two Airbnb slums that let men bully me.
