We will take you through the process step by step on how to make a Holiday themed board in the shape of a Christmas Tree, as well as how to make meat roses and other techniques that will impress your family and friends. We’ll provide handouts, a suggested shopping list, discuss the best way to gather and group foods and how to make your board photo-ready! Tickets are $75 and includes: sampling of meats, cheeses, fruit, crackers, a complimentary glass of wine, and you will leave fun memories and a box of food items that you’ve learned to prepare.
