MILFORD — A Milford resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On November 9, John Horvack Sr., of Milford, purchased a 30XCash 8th Edition ticket from the Stop & Shop in Milford and won $30,000.
