San Francisco CA

Description

On Wednesday November 10 at 10:39pm on Frank Norris St which is off Polk St between Bush St and Pine St in San Francisco, while trying to park my car in my garage my car was stolen from me by 1 to 3 guys. The person who stole my car was riding a bike and talking to another person in a small while car. The car was blocking my garage. The person with the bike threw his bike on top of my car and sped away. I was unable to stop it. The vehicle is owned by an 83yo veteran, retired, disabled person pretty much in a wheelchair most of the time. I primarily assist him in all things necessary to keep him going. I primarily use the car to drive to numerous doctors appointments for follow up heart surgery, kidney problems and cancer therapy so to say the least I am at the doctors with him several times every week at a minimum. If you have seen a grey 2004 Land Rover discovery with roof racks on top and animal guard on front, possibly one of the front low beam headlights out and a possible tail light out and a California handicap plate 3151XDP with blue handicap sign on plate and Vin # SALTY19464A850323 please let me know and take a picture if you can and call the police to recover either 911 or Northern Station or text me at I am offering a $500 reward to the person who assists in the Physical recovery of the vehicle to my Home. My elderly friend, is on a very fixed limited income and his car is essential to keeping him alive basically. Please if you have seen the car let som know. It’s so pathetic to have someone steal from an elderly disabled person for any reason and this really sets a new low bar on crime in the City. We are pretty depressed about it though we hope it will be recovered and returned.
