ROCKVILLE, MD — Dorothy Blackmore, 75, was reported missing after last being seen on foot around 7:30 p.m. on Sunday. Rockville Police say that she may have issues with her memory. Blackmore is 5-foot-9, has brown/blonde hair and wears glasses. Police say she was wearing a long caramel coat, pink scarf on her head and a blue bag. Police are asking anyone who sees Blackmore to call 240-314-8900. Missing Woman: Dorothy Blackmore, 75, last seen today (11/14/21) at 2 Taft Ct at 7:30pm. Left on foot. May suffer from memory issues. 5'9" tall/140 lbs. Brown/blonde hair, wears glasses. Wearing long caramel coat,pink scarf on her head & blue bag.
