We utilize heavy equipment to develop raw land and create residential subdivisions and multi-family communities. The development process includes land clearing, site development, public and private road improvements, installation of wet utilities such as sewer, water, and storm sewer lines, in addition to the construction of dry utility lines for power, gas, telephone, and cable service providers. Job Summary: Job site Construction and Development Laborer’s assist in all aspects of the construction projects. Our ideal candidate has a strong commitment to the job, safety, and timely attendance. Responsibilities included but not limited to: • Clean and prepare construction site including manning the wheel wash station • Digging trenches, compacting earth, and backfilling holes • Remove and replace soil protection plastic • Unload and load materials • Perform setup and cleanup tasks on job site • Provide other support as needed Requirements: • Must be 18 years or older • Ability to lift 30-80lbs repeatedly walk, move, bend, lift for long periods of time • Ability to work in all-weather types • Ability to safely traverse variable terrain • Reliable Transportation We Offer: • Hourly Rate: $ 30+/- DOE • Paid Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation • Medical insurance • 401k with a company match
