Here are the top stories today in Chattanooga: Riverbend Festival ticket sales were postponed this past weekend because of technical issues with Showclix, the company that processes the ticket sales for the event. It has been said that if someone has used their credit card information to try and purchase the tickets, the money has not been taken out of their account yet. This year, they have limited ticket sales to 15,000 and are hoping to get them sold quickly. (WRCB-TV) Homeowners on Signal Mountain are looking to halt what they see as a major speeding problem on Sawyer Cemetery Road. They have been pushing for changes to the traffic there for almost a year and a half. The data collected by Hamilton County shows hundreds of cars over a year and a half going over the speed limit on the narrow road, which is posted at 30 MPH. (WRCB-TV) Dean Moorhouse has entered the race for the new Hamilton County District 10 commission seat. (Chattanooga Times Free Press) Most of the members of the Hamilton County Board of Education say that they would prefer to leave their political party affiliations out of future school board races.
