ANNAPOLIS, MD — An Annapolis resident reported last Tuesday that her car was stolen from the unit block of Franklin Street. The victim called police around 7:23 a.m. last Tuesday, stating that she last saw her SUV parked outside her home around 9 p.m. the night prior. The resident told officers that her silver 2015 Toyota Rav4 was gone when she went outside last Tuesday around 7 a.m. The Annapolis Police Department said the key may have been in the car during the theft.
