Free pups to good home... one or both. Asap

I'll try to keep this short as possible... Neighbor has a couple dogs/pups. One his sister left with them when she moved somewhere she couldn't take it. Other is one his teenage daughter got right before getting her license and a job. Neither one get any attention & just need better homes. All they do is bark in their cages and bother surrounding neighbors, thus this add!:) He told me if I could help find them homes he'd be willing to let them go and even sent me pics of them:) The first one brown with black colored is a medium sized pup Shepard mix female that hasn't been fixed. Not sure of much else. You'll have to ask him... Other one is tan/white colored small to medium sized hound mix female that has been fixed but again not sure of anything else. Both seem like sweet, playful non aggressive dogs, just never get any attention or chance to run n play with anybody... Please help give one or both these pups a good living home before they go to the pound or somethin after other neighbors start complaining more or enough to give them no choice.
