The Senior Advocacy Network has been contracted to run the Stanislaus County Senior Rent Subsidy.
We are ACTIVELY looking for 100 qualifying seniors who are struggling to pay rent - we will pay $100 toward their rent each month through September 2022 while they wait on subsidized housing lists.
First-come, first-serve for qualifying seniors up to 100 people and we will maintain a short waitlist.

Here are the requirements for eligible seniors:
a) Participants must be age 60 or older
b) Be on a waitlist for subsidized Senior apartment in Stanislaus County
c) Must have lived in Stanislaus County over 1 year
d) Current rent must be greater than 50 % of total household income
e) Have current lease in your name(s)
f) Very low income
g) Landlord must agree to accept the subsidy and provide monthly receipts.
