I’m sadly looking to rehome my 10 month German Shepherd/Akita puppy. He is not yet neutered, but is on the schedule with the spca on December 6th. He has all of his shots. He is great with dogs and kids. I wouldn’t recommend a home with cats, he finds them a little too interesting. He still needs training on the leash, he likes to pull, but loves his walks. We do take him every day, sometimes twice a day because he has lots of puppy energy, and it’s also the breed. I would prefer someone that has experience with the German Shepherd breed and is ready and prepared to take on a high strong dog. I would recommend maybe getting a trainer or to make sure you really have the time to work with him on a daily basis. He does know the basic commands, sit, down, go to bed, go to crate, and shake. He is really food motivated and really smart, so training will be easy. He is a great dog and deserves a home that is willing to work with him. There will be a small rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home.
