Delete if not allowed. Up for discussion: Oliver is a 5 year old in-tact male Boykin Spaniel. He is registered with the BSS and UKC. My life has changed in a dramatic way lately and I do not have the time to hunt/finish training him as I hoped. He is fully e-collar conditioned and is a great retriever on land and water. I used him for two years on wild waterfowl in Alabama with great success. He is also 100% crate and house trained and is good with children, other dogs, and cats. His health has been meticulously maintained, including all annual vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and flea/tick prevention, as I work in veterinary medicine. Conditions: - Must provide veterinary reference - Must have experience with Boykins or similar sporting dogs - Must have proof of adequate indoor housing - Must agree to neuter Oliver within 6 months via contract unless BSS recommended health clearances are performed - Must maintain annual vaccinations as recommended by the AVMA - Must maintain annual heartworm testing and preventions (currently on Simparica Trio) - I will not entertain the idea of chained outdoor living or kennels unless with certain exceptions - I will maintain the first right of refusal. You will not rehome him without my input or option to take him back. Oliver is a young guy with a lot of energy. He has many good years ahead of him and I would love to find him an active or hunting home. He will come with his wire crate and vet records.
