Hiring fall cleanups/Christmas lights

We are now hiring for landscapers/roofers or anyone willing to put in the work to hang christmas lights and help out with our fall cleanups. It is long hours and work in cold at times- but great company to work for and steady work year round for anybody willing to work hard and put in effort. We hired a kid yesterday who swore he was a really hard worker and was about as slow as humanly possible then said that two hours of raking was the hardest work he ever did and he couldn't believe we did that every day. 😀 I just about choked thinking about the snow shoveling, laying rock and other work we do. It is hard work- and not just something to make a few bucks. It is more of you want to do a great job and be at a place you enjoy working with. No early mornings, random bonuses (whether it be a gift card, lunch, money- we try to give incentives) we can train the right person. Must have a suv, van or truck- or be willing to ride with someone else- Respect of not being on phone while at jobs, wear provided uniform, no smoking at jobs AT ALL. Be reliable, able to clock in and out so have a working phone and be able to take pics at each jobsite. Self driven- you will decide how much money you make by going quickly and doing great work. Minimum you will make is 20 an hour. Plan on 20 an hour and when you make more then it is a pleasant surprise. Pay is on Fridays. 1099 position. Start today. Training where necessary. Must be good on a ladder, roofs and pay attention to detail.
