Looking for a practice/rehearsal space

Hello! My band is looking to rent out a space to practice regularly. A place that is secure and would allow for 24/7 access would be an amazing fit. Alternatively, if you have a rehearsal space already and would like to cut down on costs, we can split it and figure out a schedule that works for both groups. Of course, we would play our own gear and respect yours. We are in our mid-20s and have secure jobs so paying rent on time would not be an issue.
