Come home, to a family we are building this opening night. Become part of the ritual that millions have died safeguarding. Taste the magic in fresh baked bread, and see the metaphor in its transformation from flour. December 3rd from 6:30- 8:30pm RSVP: Emunahartstudio.com/events/homecoming Homecoming, is the first exhibit to be shown at the EmunahArts Open Studio, and the breakout exhibition of resident artist Ateret Goldman. As the public initiation into the space it is a celebration of what is, and what is still to come. This work will engage all of participants' senses as they interact and become a part of multimedia constructions. Centered around Goldmans' search for a more personal meaning to Faith, Homecoming goes back to the roots of the artist's relationship with G-d as the artist honors influential symbols and women in her life. Inspired by The Dinner Party, and groundbreaking female artist Judy Chicago, Homecoming is innately a femminist statement as it blurs the line of fine art and crafts. Admission is free. Children are welcome.
