Description
Wauwatosa area attorney's office is looking for 6 - 8 individuals, who are 30 years old or older, to participate in a jury research project to be held VIA ZOOM, on Friday, November 19, 2021, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. You must have video capabilities and be able to connect and be live on Zoom for the entire session. You need no other qualifications or expertise other than the ability to listen to both sides of a dispute and the willingness to be as fair as you can be. Please do not reply if you have had previous jury research experience, work in the legal profession, or are employed in law enforcement. Participants will listen to and evaluate brief presentations of both sides of real lawsuits. Our intention is for you to come to a decision about the lawsuits as if you were the actual jury members. You will be paid $50.00 at the end of the 3-hour session. You must be available to participate by Zoom for the entire session. Qualified applicants will be contacted by phone.
