Looking for Skilled Roofing Labor to Re-deck with"3/8" sheathing, Dry-in by installing Ice & Water shield 36"up from eaves and install Synthetic felt on the balance of tear off area and finally install 30-35 yr (factory warranted) dimensional shingle. Personal tools ( ie belt,tape measure,hammer, utility knife etc...),transportation and of coarse posses the skill to do the above work.
