ELMHURST, IL — Elmhurst police arrested four people over the weekend on DUI charges. Here is information from the reports: James Van Petten, 45, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 1 a.m. Saturday at Park and Huntington on charges of DUI, speeding and disobeying a stop sign. He was released on bond. Jacqueline Macias, 47, of Chicago, was arrested about 2:30 a.m. Sunday at Indiana and North on charges of DUI with child passenger (two counts), illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. She was released on bond. Gustavo Huizar Guzman, 27, of Arlington Heights, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at Route 83 and Interstate 290 on charges of DUI, speeding and improper lane usage. He was released on bond. Michael Rosario, 36, of Villa Park, was arrested about 4 a.m. Saturday at Villa and North on charges of DUI, improper lane usage, failure to signal, no front plate registration, possession of marijuana in a motor vehicle and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was released on bond. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt.
