Michael W. Smith invites you to join him and all of his friends for a FRIENDS REUNION WEEKEND of music, fun, and inspiration in Tennessee! The summer of 2021 marks EIGHT years since Michael W. Smith invited his friends to join him in his hometown for a weekend of music and activities. It's time for a reunion, kind of like a big family reunion. A FRIENDS REUNION. The FRIENDS REUNION is going to take place in the summer of 2021 and all of you are invited to join! The event will be 3 days and 2 nights of music and fun like only Michael can host in his hometown. Current Schedule and Details (subject to change - full weekend pass required to attend any / all sessions): FRIDAY, JUNE 11, 2021 (all activities at Liberty Hall in The Factory; Franklin, TN): 2 to 6 pm: Check in at The Factory's Liberty Hall3 to 5 pm: Photos with Michael (Group 1)6 to 7 pm: Doors Open to Liberty Hall / Mix & Mingle with Appetizers7 pm to ???: Concert with Michael W. Smith & His Band!Late Night (following concert): Special Entertainment and Fun Activity TBA.SATURDAY, JUNE 12, 2021: 10 am to 10 pm: ALL DAY at Michael's Personal FarmABOUT THE FRIENDS REUNION AT THE FARM: We will have activities and music and fun all day long. Think of it as a big FAMILY REUNION. We will have the world's largest egg toss competition. We will have softball, ladder toss, hot air balloon rides (weather permitting), skeet shooting, music, a special concert with Michael and some of his Nashville friends, and so much more.FOOD AT THE FARM: Lunch and dinner will be served picnic style and we will have options for most dietary needs - all food and standard beverages are included (guests who have specific dietary concerns may need to bring meal alternatives -expected on-site food choices will be distributed to guests one month prior to the event). Imagine a big outdoor BBQ with grills going all day, food readily available when you're ready - not a buffet.MUSIC AT THE FARM: Michael will host music and friends throughout the day at the farm and will end with a very special "Guitar Pull / Songwriters Round" the likes that can only happen in Nashville.SUNDAY, JUNE 13, 2021 (all activities at Liberty Hall in The Factory; Franklin, TN): 8 am to 10 am: Photos with Michael (Group 2)10:30 am to 12 pm: Worship with Michael W. In honor of our postponed MICHAEL W. SMITH & FRIENDS HAWAII event (unfortunately postponed from the fall of 2020) we are inviting guests to join us for a very special event out at Michael's farm the night before the full event kicks off. A portion of the proceeds from the THURSDAY TN LUAU will benefit ROCKETOWN and help their ministry thrive as it serves youth of Middle Tennessee with the HOPE of CHRIST'S LOVE! (All guests who are reserved for MICHAEL'S TRIP TO HAWAII, NOW POSTPONED TO THE FALL OF 2021 get free access to the TENNESSEE LUAU on THURSDAY, JUNE 10TH. Please email [email protected] for more information on how you can obtain your free ticket to the TN Luau) All Terms & Conditions for the full event apply to the add-on day. ==================================================== NEED A PAYMENT PLAN? If paying in-full for your ticket is not an option we have reserved 150 tickets for attendees who need to make payments in order to attend. This is a manual process that The MWS Group team will work with you on - in order to participate you will need to email [email protected] and he will assist in setting up a payment plan for your tickets: Payment Plan structure: Ticket price and sales tax is the same per weekend pass and add-on day.Ticket processing fee is $50 for any guest requiring a payment plan - slightly more than the pay-in-full option provided by Eventbrite.Payment plans require a non-refundable $100 deposit per ticket. Payment #1: 25% of your post deposit balance will be due on October 31, 2020Payment #2: 50% of your post deposit balance will be due on December 31, 2020Payment #3: 75% of your post deposit balance will be due on February 28, 2021Payment #4: Final balance will be due on April 30, 2021.Email [email protected] if you would like this plan to be set-up for you.==================================================== TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL EVENT PASSES: Guests are responsible for their own overnight accommodations and all of their own local transportation to all points during the FRIENDS REUNION WEEKEND with Michael W. Smith (June 10-13, 2021). Including Michael's farm - Parking and directions to Michael's farm will be distributed to registered guests upon event check in. Persons purchasing a Weekend Pass will need to arrive for check-in to LIBERTY HALL at The Factory in Franklin, TN between 2 pm and 6 pm on Friday, JUNE 11, 2021 (230 Franklin Road; Franklin, TN). Detailed weekend and event instructions will be emailed to all Weekend Pass purchasers by Friday, May 14, 2021. The final activity of the weekend will end at approximately 12:30 pm on Sunday, JUNE 13, 2021 (if flying in we don't recommend scheduling an outbound flight before 2:30 pm). Any questions can be emailed to [email protected] and he will assist you.Refund / Cancellation schedule: Now through November 30, 2020 = Refunds up to 75% available; Between December 1, 2020 and March 31, 2021 = Refunds up to 50% available; On or after April 1, 2021 = No Refunds available. In the event that government recommendations are continuing to recommend masks and social distancing guests will be given the option to cancel their ticket and receive a full refund prior to April 1, 2021. The event production team reserves the right to adjust any announced activities and plans at any time should it be deemed necessary. By attending this event, the ticket purchaser and anyone attending or using a ticket given to them to gain admittance, assumes all risks and liabilities associated with attending a public event. The ticket purchaser(s) and/or attendees can not hold the event producers, artists, or other attendees liable for any such risks.
