Small group guided tour and tasting at an award winning North Carolina vineyard Davesté Vineyards is proud to announce the Vineyard Tour and Tasting Experience, an exclusive, limited weekly series being held this December 2020. Begin your afternoon with a guided walking tour, including a stroll among the vines where you’ll hear about the range of grape varieties grown onsite. You’ll visit the winery building and learn the essentials of our winemaking process, including a sneak peek inside the barrel room where wines are currently aging in oak. Following the walk, you’ll be led to our event pavilion where a private table awaits your party. Take your seats and relax as our tasting room manager guides you through tasting six of our wines, including information about varietal characteristics, North Carolina terroire, recommended pairings and more. This package includes one piece of commemorative Davesté Vineyards stemware which will be yours to keep. This event is suitable for beginners and experienced wine drinkers alike. Registration is from 11:30am in the tasting room with walking tour beginning promptly by 11:45am. This event will be 1.5-2 hours in length, and you are welcome to stay and enjoy your reserved table afterwards. This event is limited to 14 tickets. We welcome solo as well as smaller group bookings. Please note it is recommended that attendees dress for the weather conditions on the day, especially if it is cold. The event pavilion has outdoor heaters and a fireplace but will be affected by ambient conditions. Davesté Vineyards adheres to all local and state health guidelines with regards to social distancing, hygiene protocols, and mask usage. Tables will be spaced at least 6 feet apart.
