Description

We believe that the most advanced practice of leadership, is not knowing, being entirely open to what is unseen, emergent, and beyond Level 4: Walking with the Unknown: Finding Center in a World of Change “How do we live with what we know? ... How do we live with what we don’t know” ~Jim Harrison In this advanced training, we will develop capacities to dwell in the space between the known and the unknown, between birth and death, between illusion and disillusion, and between vision and manifestation. We will move through our biases and beliefs, our doubts and identities, cultures and concepts with care and courage. Our journey together will be supported by relaxation and exploration in the more than human world, with local guides who will share the stories of birth, collapse, and renewal of the natural and human environments we inhabit during these five days together. Our hope is that the relationships between us, the experiential practices offered, and these environments of great beauty and degradation will inform the learning, understanding, and actions we bring into the rest of our lives. This workshop is offered to directly impact your participation in meeting local and global social, environmental, and economic change with fierce compassion and in accordance with your own sense of purpose and integrity. Over five days and four nights, we will explore the material in the natural surroundings of the campsite in Cromberg, CA. This was far better personal growth for myself than the leadership training I received in the past as it forced me out of my comfort zones encouraging new growth and simultaneously solidified my confidence in myself." ~ John Egnatis, co-founder of Grenadier Homes, a homebuilding company based in Dallas, Texas
